Red Sandalwood, aka Pterocarpus Soyauxii, is used for treating digestive tract problems, fluid retention, coughs, and for blood purification. This aromatic wood is used medicinally for its calming and mildly sedative effects. It's also used to ease indigestion, and is infcluded as part of the formulations to treat kidney and prostate issues. It's recommedned to help pass kidney stones. Don't use if there's a serious degenerative disease present such as cancer or AIDS. You may include it in medicinal tea blends, or apply cooled tea topically to improve skin appearance and texture.
