This tea comes from the most romantic and interesting tea district in all of India. It grows on the southern slopes of the Himalayas, which are located on India’s northern border. The long and partially opened leaf produces a full-bodied, rich, red liquor, with a delicious and indescribable flavor, sometimes referred to as nutty. Directions: Prepare as a tea - Pour 6 oz of simmering water (185-195° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes, strain, and serve.
